Choose The Right Entry Path

Use the workspace access flow to decide whether you should join an existing organization or create a new one.

When to search first

• Search for your organization before creating anything new
• Open the workspace card and confirm the owner or company identity
• Send a join request when the workspace already exists for your team

When to create a new organization

• Create a new organization only when your company does not already have one
• Use the organization name your team will recognize immediately
• Assign ownership carefully because the first admin sets the operating baseline

Recommended flow

Existing team members should search and request access first. New company rollouts should create the organization only once, then invite the rest of the team into that workspace.
